We genuinely love remodeling, so we’ve developed the right process to make every step seamless. It’s easy to relax during your project, knowing that Salem Custom Remodeling is taking care of everything for you.

Stop in our showroom or schedule an appointment for a complementary consultation. Bring in your project measurements, any pictures and ideas you might have. Our on-staff designer will discuss and go over your project dreams, goals and ideas. We’d like to discuss your project in detail, ensure we've set the right goals according to the space you’d like to remodel or build, and get to know you. We want the opportunity to work with you, so this is our chance to prove we’re the right fit! 

Once you've met in our showroom, your consultant will come to your home and see the space in person. At the home visit, a review of your goals and objectives will be discussed, as well as the timeline and budget. We will get measurements of your space and begin designing your vision. 

Your design consultant will meet with you at the showroom, to present an initial plan. You can expect a complete 3D drawing of your space with the new improvements! Here you will be able to select products and make decisions about the design, with your designer by your side. Even after these selections are made your consultant can still make changes as necessary. 

At this point, your design and selections have been reviewed and approved. Your consultant is ready to deliver the final construction plan and agreement. You can expect to see the full scope of work including product selections, and final cost. If everything looks good, you can agree to move forward with the plan. All the materials will be ordered, and everything will be prepared for your estimated start date.

A week prior to starting the project, an on-site meeting is scheduled between your design consultant, the construction manager and the lead carpenter. Here your team will review your project, including site access, work hours and what to expect along the way.

Now is the time to remodel! Our highly skilled craftsmen will begin the remodeling of your project. Rest easy, we protect and treat your home with respect and care. We will be on time and ready to work daily until the job is complete.

The work is done and time to enjoy your new space! Your newly remodeled space will make you wish you called us sooner! Our designer will stop in to go over your space and any questions you may have. We know you'll love your remodeled space, because it’s exactly what you wanted from start to finish.
